Calls are charged from time of connection to Smalltalk - we advise replacing the handset after a short period if calls are unanswered or engaged.

When calling from a mobile only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling destination numbers.

Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers, personal numbers, directory enquiry, information lines and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.

Alpha reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is offered 24 hours a day and is subject to availability.
